Orange Sports Hub Barcelona

To better support Dutch companies in doing business in Spain and exploring opportunities in Southern Europe, the Orange Sports Hub was launched in 2025 in Barcelona — a vibrant sports city known for its innovation and international events. This initiative is a collaboration between Orange Sports Forum, founding members and a strong local partner, creating a strategic base for companies looking to grow their presence in the region.

Barcelona is home to a dynamic sports ecosystem, with a strong focus on areas such as fan engagement, smart stadiums, sports tech, and sustainable urban development. With Spain set to co-host the FIFA World Cup in 2030, the country is investing heavily in its sports infrastructure and innovation landscape. The Orange Sports Hub provides Dutch companies with a valuable platform to connect with local stakeholders and get involved in projects tied to this major global event.

The hub offers networking events, tailor-made business support, and a dedicated local contact point to help companies navigate and succeed in the Spanish market.

Our team of nearly 30 professionals brings together skilled craftsmen, experienced maintenance specialists, dedicated experts and project managers, and a focused sustainability and innovation team.

At Sorama, it is our mission is to make the world sound right. We have been doing so for the past 15 years. Founded in 2009, our founder and CEO, Rick Scholte, started his mission and together we have reached many milestones that have shaped our company as it is today. Today we are a cultural mix of about 75 people and are developing state-of-the-art acoustic cameras and solutions that help our customers to make the world sound right.
